All non-resident applicants must apply via the Department of Immigration. The parent(s) of the child/children will need to complete an application form to attend school in Anguilla. Documents needed (Immunization Record, School Reports).
Once approval is provided for them to attend school in Anguilla – the Department of Education will have them complete a Home Schooling Application – if a private institution is their referred choice.

With the only 3 confirmed cases fully recovered in April of 2020, the island and people of Anguilla have set an exemplary standard throughout the region in their management of COVID-19. Our island's response efforts have been internationally recognized as a model for other island governments worldwide.
In June of 2020, Anguilla was officially categorized by the World Health Organization (WHO) as having “no cases” of COVID-19. Since closing the borders in March, The Government of Anguilla has taken every precaution to safeguard the island from the spread of COVID-19. The island and people of Anguilla have set an exemplary standard throughout the region and the response efforts have been internationally recognized as a model for other island governments worldwide.
Health services informationTravelling to Anguilla
Due to the closing of Anguilla's borders, our air and seaport schedules are currently limited. All visitors must apply for entry and gain approval before accessing any entryways.
All our arriving and departing passengers are required to wear a facial covering during transit and through ports of entry. Upon arrival, all travellers must undergo temperature testing – whether walk-through or physically doing temperature checks.
Passengers are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test, receive and present negative results within three to five days of travel. Upon arrival, all travellers will also be required to be tested before and at the end of the 10-14 day Stay in Place.

Visa requirements herePolice Record (with a validity of not more than six (6) months for all applicants 18 years and older.
Proof of relationship to dependents.
Each applicant (as well as each family member) will also submit:
Copy of Birth Certificate.
Copy of Passport Picture Page.
A brief description of the work the applicant will be doing.
Customs guidelines
Once all personal effects are confirmed to have arrived, the first step taken is to collect the Bill of Lading for the particular shipment at the office of the Shipping company/Agent used to ship the items to Anguilla. The Shipping Company/Agent will advise of additional documentation where necessary.
A properly itemized list of all personal effects and corresponding values must be also be completed. See example below:

Submit the Bill of Lading and the itemized list to Customs Broker who will then create a Customs Declaration which is required to clear the personal effects.
Submit the completed Customs Declaration to the nearest Customs Clearance Office (the Port where the goods for clearance are located). On submission of the Customs Declaration to the Any necessary payments will also be made at the Customs Clearance Office for the storage of goods.
After payment, the documents will be vetted based on the designated lane chosen by the selectivity engine.
Upon satisfactory examination of the declared goods by the Examining Officer, the goods are released.
Please note that new items are dutiable and must be declared if they don’t qualify as a conditional Customs exemption.
